INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping worldwide!

As of 07/10/2024 we have registered for VAT in Europe, so we will collect VAT from our customers during checkout and send it to the authorities, this insure that shipments to Europe will not be stuck at customs in Europe. For other countries, VAT or import duties and taxes could be collected by the destination country. Sakura for Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our product is Non-returnable due to Food safety reasons.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@salvivglobal.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
